Systems Engineer

Systems Engineer We are seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer in the Lancaster, PA area to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across a few dozen locations. This direct hire, hands-on role focuses on Windows-based systems, cloud services, virtualization, and backup/disaster recovery, with opportunities to work on both on-site and cloud environments. Compensation & Benefits Salary of 100-120k + bonus Hybrid work flexibility Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match, fully vested day one Generous PTO and schedule flexibility Collaborative team with a pragmatic, hands-on manager Company investment in training and professional development What You'll Do Support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple sites Administer Windows environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud services (Azure, AWS) Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes Manage endpoint and identity solutions, including Intune and Active Directory Participate in IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and optimizations Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems and infrastructure issues Collaborate with IT leadership, security teams, and business units What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or administration Hands-on experience with Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and endpoint management Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple locations Exposure to automation or scripting is a plus Why This Role You'll join a collaborative, growing IT team with opportunities to expand your skills while supporting a distributed, enterprise-scale infrastructure.
