Full Job Description Harmony Architect Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

o 7-10+ years of experience, often with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects. o Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. o Registered Architect (RA) license is often required for senior roleso.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Developing comprehensive landscape or interior architectural plans, including 3D renderings and material selections to achieve a "harmonious" aesthetic.

Project Management:

Managing project budgets, timelines, consultant coordination, and ensuring compliance with zoning/building codes.

Client & Team Leadership:

Serving as primary client contact, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with contractors and engineers.

Technical Execution:

Producing detailed construction documents, performing site visits, and overseeing construction administration (RFIs, submittals) Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
