Summary:

ne of the largest not-for-profit health systems in Florida, is seeking an Advanced Systems Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 to join our team. This is are remote opportunity (Florida based), allowing you to contribute to the success of a leading healthcare organization from anywhere in Florida while still supporting our mission of improving the health and well-being of our community. As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in administering, optimizing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, and O365 ensuring secure and efficient use across the enterprise. You'll perform upgrades, design site structures, manage permissions, and provide expert-level troubleshooting. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver creative solutions that enhance workflows and drive organizational success.

What You'll Do:

• Configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Design and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, workflows, and BI integrations.
• Manage Microsoft tenant-wide licenses, user roles, and security settings.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals.
• Mentor team members and provide consultative guidance.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 tools and services (SharePoint Online, Teams, O365, OneNote, Copilot, Planner, Loop).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory Manager and Entra ID.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Myers, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90667.00
• $117853.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
