Job Summary:

We are seeking professionals with deep expertise in cloud environments to enhance our team's capability in designing, developing, and deploying complex cloud-based solutions. Our team is committed to delivering robust, innovative solutions and maintaining high standards for cloud infrastructure, applications, and services management.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement complex cloud solutions, including supporting infrastructure and service management. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to develop specifications for new cloud products, services, and applications. Create automated solutions and capabilities for deployment, testing, and integration using approved tools and designated tests. Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced personnel, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer requirements.

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field (preferred). Nine or more years of experience in cloud, solutions, applications, or related fields. Demonstrated experience with AWS Connect as the main skill, as well as cloud technologies, programming languages, scripting, operating systems, hardware, and software. Experience architecting, designing, building, and troubleshooting complex solutions for large or enterprise environments.
