Tampa, FL, 100% Remote (2 Position) 1 Remote they need some who has south America language support/ European language Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and lead scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with enterprise business goals. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, architectural thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, future-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures using cloud-native and distributed systems patterns Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale, complex platforms across multiple teams and domains Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies Define current-state and future-state architectures using enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality and future-proof solutions Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and drive solution-oriented decision-making Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams throughout the SDLC Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to business needs Contribute to architecture reviews, design discussions, and project planning with actionable insights Required Qualifications & Experience Strong focus on solving business problems through technology , not just implementing tools Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution design across large organizations Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture roles with a background in application development Deep understanding of enterprise frameworks such as: TOGAF ArchiMate
BPMN UML
Experience designing distributed systems, microservices architectures, and integration-heavy environments Strong expertise in cloud platforms , especially Microsoft Azure Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience working on large-scale enterprise programs involving multiple teams and business units Ability to align long-term business strategy with technical roadmaps Strong capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining architectural consistency Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders Technology Stack (Representative, Not Limiting)
