Responsibilities Lead system-level design of UAV platforms and mission-critical payload integration Own reliability engineering for harsh weather and high-altitude operations Coordinate hardware/software/flight systems integration Define system requirements for autonomous or semi-autonomous mission execution Support flight operations with engineering troubleshooting and iterative improvements Drive long-term scalability of platform architecture Requirements 8-15+ years in aerospace, UAV systems, robotics, or flight systems engineering Strong background in systems engineering and hardware integration Experience with autonomous systems, avionics, or mission-critical robotics Ability to operate in fast iteration environments (prototype → field deployment cycles)
