The Chief Project Engineers will operate as a hands-on technical and program lead, owning the day-to-day execution of assigned programs from design through integration, test, and demonstration. They will track labor, material costs, and staffing plans against forecasts, working alongside Control Account Managers to monitor actuals versus budget and make real-time adjustments as needed. The role requires a strong understanding of EVMS principles, including CPI and SPI, and the ability to perform monthly variance analysis while contributing to program reviews and financial reporting.
