- 11/18/2026) (potential for extention) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Architect or Cloud Platform Developer with a strong hands-on coding background to join our Cybersecurity organization.
This role will partner closely with Cloud Engineering teams to secure and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP . A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience with Wiz Cloud Security , including leveraging Wiz to trigger Azure automation scripts for remediation and security enforcement. Key Responsibilities Design and implement secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP Develop and maintain Azure automation scripts , including integration with Wiz Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with frameworks (NIST, CIS) Lead cloud-based incident response and support tabletop exercises Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to enforce secure CI/CD and IaC practices Manage identity and access controls (IAM) and privileged access Perform security reviews of cloud infrastructure and applications; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Manage CSPM and container security tools Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud security best practices and emerging threats Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost efficiency Mentor and support junior team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of cloud cybersecurity experience Strong experience securing Azure, AWS, and cloud infrastructure Hands-on experience with Wiz Cloud Security (required) Experience developing Azure automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.) Experience with Microsoft 365 security tools: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Configuration Manager) Microsoft Defender for Cloud Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and ADFS Knowledge of modern cloud technologies (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, IaC) Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of networking (VNETs, VPNs, firewalls, ExpressRoute) Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Programming experience (Python, .NET, Java) Experience with cloud security testing and automation Knowledge of Azure configuration best practices Relevant certifications: Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-500) M365 Security Azure Network Engineer Additional Notes Wiz experience is required for this role Candidates must be located within the RI, PA, or KY service areas This is a senior-level position requiring deep cloud security and automation expertise
