This is an opportunity to join a growing Enterprise Architecture practice and work directly on strategic initiatives that influence technology investments, business capabilities, and the future-state architecture of a large healthcare organization. You'll partner with technology leaders, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to help shape enterprise roadmaps, evaluate technology solutions, and support modernization efforts across the organization. This role offers significant exposure to executive-level initiatives and provides a clear path toward Senior Enterprise Architect responsibilities as the organization continues to mature its Enterprise Architecture function. What You'll Be Doing Support development of enterprise technology roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives Translate business objectives into architecture recommendations and future-state solutions Create architecture diagrams, technology models, and planning artifacts Facilitate collaborative sessions with technology and business stakeholders Analyze dependencies, integrations, and technology impacts across initiatives Contribute to architecture governance and standards development Support architecture repositories and technology documentation efforts Partner with security, infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery Ideal Background Solution Architect Technical Architect Business Architect Enterprise Architect Applications Architect Lead Systems Architect Preferred Experience Enterprise Architecture concepts Roadmaps and technology planning Architecture governance LeanIX, Lucidchart, or similar tools Azure DevOps Azure or
