  • Remote for a contract to hire position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN.
Pay Range:
$76.82
  • $79.
20 per hour based on experience
Job Overview:
This role provides strategic business architecture leadership for the client's Integrated Specialty business, ensuring alignment between business strategy, market segment strategy, and enterprise capabilities. The Enterprise Business Architect will enable transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value, supporting the development and implementation of business capability models, business processes, and transformation roadmaps within highly regulated healthcare domains such as Medicaid and Medicare.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with segment leadership to define strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives supporting annual investment planning Identify and evaluate both external and internal business needs to determine required business changes Engage leadership to identify business and technology-enabled innovation opportunities Develop, maintain, and evolve the architecture blue and business solution context (current, transition, and future state) structured business architecture techniques (e.g., capability modeling, value stream mapping) Lead the analysis of the business-IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and rmend solutions Determine impacted areas, assumptions, and implications of business capability changes Provide effort estimates, assist in proposal/business case development, and support project planning Partner with capability owners, block leaders, andpliance teams to ensure architectural decisions support enterprise goals Ensure business change initiatives are aligned with federal and state regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or MIS 5 years of experience in business analysis 7 years of experience in business architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture roles Deep understanding of government healthcare programs and regulatory frameworks Experience with SAFe Agile, MITA, ITIL, and SDLC methodologies Strong facilitation,munication, and stakeholder management skills 5-10 years of experience in PBM, preferably working with integrating Pharmacy and Medical Claims data
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as BACOE, ArchiMate, and TOGAF Experience in highly regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government) Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence strategic direction Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and enterprise modeling platforms Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Experience with business process modeling, use cases, and gap analysis Proficiency in healthcare government programs, such as Medicaid and Medicare Experience with technical leadership and managingplex projects or teams Ability to work with senior leadership and external stakeholders If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please !
