Job Description

Job Title:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Architect Location:
Remote, (Preference for Austin TX area candidates to work onsite 1 day/week)
Compensation:
$72.00 - $75.00 / Per hour depending on experience
Benefits:
This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Must be strong regarding knowledge of Microsoft Identity, Azure, Entra, and Intune with a focus on Enterprise integrations with App registrations, MFA setup, and vendor integrations.
Required Experience & Skills:
10+ years of experience in identity, security, or enterprise architecture. Proven experience owning IAM architecture in organizations with 5,000-10,000 users. Microsoft Entra ID Active Directory (on‑prem and hybrid) Microsoft authentication and authorization models Experience assisting with integrations into Okta (including SSO and provisioning), as part of an ongoing identity platform integration program. SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect App registrations, SPNs, delegated and application permissions Federation and cross‑tenant trust models Experience defining Conditional Access strategies at enterprise scale. Familiarity with centralized logging and identity telemetry platforms (ADX, Event Hubs, Varonis). Direct experience supporting audits involving identity and access controls. Why choose Addison? •
