    The P&C Initiatives Partner
  • Sales is a critical partner to the Director, People & Culture
  • Sales in shaping, delivering people-centered special projects that strengthen effectiveness, experience, operational excellence of the Sales organization.
The role drives high visibility across transformation, BAU special projects, connects enterprise workstreams into a cohesive People experience for Sales, ensures change is led thoughtfully with clear communication, strong planning, deep understanding of people and Sales impact. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can translate strategy into structured work plans, excels at bringing people together to deliver aligned, People-centric solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company) P&C Sales Initiative Project Management
  • Planning & Execution Excellence Lead P&C projects for US Sales organization, including short-term BAU (business as usual) projects, supporting transformational projects aligned to our long term strategy and Sales people experience. Lead, maintain the Sales "Plan on a Page" annual priorities, initiative timelines
  • connecting People & Culture, Data & Tech, Sales Systems, Sales Excellence, & other cross functional partners into one unified roadmap focused on delivering the best People Experience in Sales.
Build structured P&C project plans, charters, timelines, RACIs, RAID logs to ensure clarity, accountability, predictable delivery. Align, ensure cross‑functional dependencies, risks, decision points to ensure initiatives land smoothly in the Sales organization. Drive planning discipline with strong documentation, organized meeting cadences, effective rhythm‑of‑business practices. Monitor milestone progress, escalate risks with clear solutions, ensure timely alignment with leaders/stakeholders. P&C & Cross Functional Collaboration Serve as a connector across P&C COEs, P&C BPs, Sales leadership, IT, Fleet, Communications, Ops, & other enterprise teams to ensure that decisions and project plans reflect the reality/needs of the Sales organization. Bring together multiple workstreams into a unified, simplified experience for Sales, minimizing disruption, avoiding change fatigue. Help identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce administrative burden, enhance the overall Sales' People Experience through better coordination, communication, execution. Ensure alignment to the Sales' People Strategy and annual focus areas, providing visibility into how projects support broader goals. Act as strategic support for P&C BPs and P&C COEs by helping translate enterprise initiatives into field-ready plans and communications. Sales Change Leadership & Communication Enhancements In collaboration with P&C Change & Communications COE, leverage IB best practices, tools, frameworks, etc. to drive best in class change leadership within Sales. Embed change leadership that emphasized "the Why," clearly articulates Sales' people impacts, support Sales leaders in navigating both transformation and ongoing BAU changes. Partner with leaders to surface insights, stakeholder needs, readiness gaps, potential friction points. Translate complex information into clear, simplified, actionable messages that help Sales understand what is changing, why it matters, how it will impact their work. Ensure all communications are aligned, effectively, & part of a cohesive overall Sales narrative. Create compelling communication materials for Sales audiences, including SharePoint updates, leader communications, Sales All Hands content, & project-specific messaging. Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience Proven experience in project management, including leading cross-functional, strategic initiatives and organizational transformation efforts. Experience in supporting change leadership, communication, or people-focused programs. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Skilled in:
Oral and written communication Critical thinking and structured problem solving Data analysis and insights storytelling to inform recommendations and decisions Connecting the dots across complex information, systems, and stakeholders Root cause analysis and identifying underlying issues that impact people Effective time and task management Collaboration and relationship building Flexibility and adaptability Ability to: Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and workstreams (initiation through implementation) Anticipate and articulate downstream impacts of decisions and changes on the Sales organization Build trust Translate complex information into clear plans, messages, and next steps Use data to inform decisions, identify trends, and support change readiness Build and maintain effective working relationships. Travel domestically, as needed. Work Environment and Physical Demand Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.). Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods. Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment as well as use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills. $90227.00
  • $120302.
00 Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
