Role is based in Houston, TX with a hybrid onsite schedule. Role Overview The Principal Security Systems Architect serves as the single accountable technical authority for a globally deployed LenelS2 OnGuard physical access control platform that supports badge access, site security operations, and compliance workflows across a worldwide footprint. This role owns platform architecture, engineering standards, security hardening, lifecycle strategy, and highest‑level incident escalation. Because the system is mission‑critical, this position is essential to maintaining operational continuity, reducing security and audit risk, and enabling modernization without destabilizing day‑to‑day operations.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
