Billings Montana, Candidate willing to relocate About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to support and evolve our enterprise endpoint, identity, and cloud infrastructure environments. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access Management, endpoint management platforms, and automation-driven infrastructure management. The successful candidate will have strong experience managing Windows and macOS environments at scale, modern cloud identity architecture, virtualization platforms, and automation across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management Design and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments Implement Conditional Access policies and identity governance Integrate SaaS platforms with SSO and secure authentication Support hybrid and cloud-only identity models Endpoint Management Manage and maintain enterprise endpoint environments across: Windows macOS Mobile platforms

Administer:

Microsoft Intune Jamf Lead large-scale deployments and lifecycle management Develop and maintain OS build standards and QA processes Virtualization & VDI Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V environments) Automation & Infrastructure Engineering Develop automation Automate endpoint configuration and system integrations Improve operational efficiency through Infrastructure-as-Code principles Enterprise Support Leadership Provide Tier 3 escalation support Lead technical troubleshooting for complex endpoint and identity issues Support remote, phone, and onsite enterprise environments Collaborate across infrastructure, security, and application teams Required Qualifications 8+ years of enterprise IT experience 8+ years managing endpoint systems across Windows and macOS Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID expertise Experience managing hybrid and cloud enterprise architecture Proven experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell required) Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V) Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated, or compliance-driven environments Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture models Experience with JAMF at scale Experience integrating Microsoft Graph API Strong documentation and architectural design skills What Success Looks Like Endpoint compliance and configuration standardized across environments Identity governance and conditional access policies mature and enforced Automation reduces manual workload and increases deployment speed Cloud and on-prem systems integrated seamlessly Career Growth Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to: Lead modernization initiatives Influence architecture decisions Build automation frameworks Shape enterprise endpoint and identity strategy
