Senior Platform Engineer - Observability

Job Summary Our client a leading Retail & Consumer Goods provider is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer - ServiceNow Integration/Automation to join their team! This position is remote. Core Responsibilities Design and implement automation for the Change Request process by integrating ServiceNow with CI/CD pipelines, leveraging APIs, validations, and scalable workflows Build and configure API-driven integrations (data connections already established) to enable end-to-end automation across multiple engineering teams, including attribute management and automated verification Enable and enhance observability within the change management lifecycle in partnership with an observability engineer, introducing reporting and monitoring capabilities in a currently greenfield space Collaborate cross-functionally in a highly dynamic environment, contributing to the design and development of new platform capabilities Partner closely with senior engineering team members to deliver robust, production-ready solutions Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 7+ years of full-stack or platform engineering experience Automating CI/CD pipelines into ServiceNow - Must have hands on experience Proficient in both front end and back end Java, Python , MySQL , PowerShell, React, Node.js Experience provisioning and managing cloud services required, Google preferred Strong background in cloud infrastructure and containerized environments such as: GCP, GKE/Kubernetes/Google Kubernetes Engineer, Service Mesh Systems Experience with CI/CD systems and Infrastructure as Code Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong technical skills Communication skills Time management skills

Work Environment Remote Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is between $170,000 and $185,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
