This is a hands-on engineering role focused on reliability, production systems, and building strong operational foundations within a fast-paced environment. The Company The company is building an AI-powered platform that helps financial organisations modernise complex operational workflows through automation and intelligent infrastructure. The platform has already supported billions in transaction volume and is continuing to scale rapidly as adoption grows. Backed by leading investors, the business has raised over $30M across multiple funding rounds and is now expanding its infrastructure capabilities to support increasing scale and system complexity. The Role We are looking for an experienced SRE or infrastructure-focused software engineer with strong cloud engineering depth and a genuine operational mindset. You will work across production infrastructure, observability, deployment systems, incident response, and platform reliability, helping engineering teams ship confidently while improving system resilience and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Lead incident response and improve operational reliability. Build observability and monitoring systems across production infrastructure. Manage scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation . Partner with engineering teams on resilient systems and platform architecture. Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for reliable releases.

Requirements:

5+ years in SRE/DevOps or strong infrastructure-focused engineering background. Experience leading incident response for high-availability systems. Strong AWS expertise across scalable production environments. Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation. Background in observability, monitoring, and CI/CD automation. Experience building SRE or DevOps practices from the ground up. Background in fi ntech or other high-reliability, regulated environments. The Opportunity Competitive salary + equity package.
