Senior Windows Platform & Deskside Services Engineer

You'll report to the Manager, Windows & Platform Services and act as the local expert who keeps users productive and systems secure. What you'll do Be the local point person for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Work with global IT on system upgrades, patch cycles, and tech rollouts. Monitor local infrastructure and escalate critical issues without delay. Document incidents, solutions, and asset inventory with precision. Deliver excellent customer service to both on-site and remote users. Follow and promote IT security procedures.

Handle onboarding/offboarding:

accounts, access, and equipment provisioning. Contribute to projects, audits, and disaster recovery planning/testing. Join the on-call rotation. What you bring Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years with Active Directory, remote support tools, and Microsoft Azure. Proficiency with Microsoft SCCM. Experience delivering virtual desktop deployments. Where you'll work Columbia, SC Facility | Hybrid schedule | Reporting to the Manager, Windows & Platform Services. Pay transparency We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
