You will report to the Global Practice Leader - Cloud Infrastructure Practice. The work setup is fully remote, providing flexibility and the convenience of working from wherever you choose. There are no mandatory days to return to the office, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life routine. Travel requirements for the role may be as needed, but could be up to 30%, offering opportunities to engage with clients and team members in various locations while still prioritizing a flexible working environment. Your Role Define and lead the technical direction for Networking and Security services within the Nutanix global practice, ensuring alignment with emerging technology trends. Create, update, and validate service offerings in collaboration with Product Management and deliver complex networking and security solutions to clients. Act as the global Subject Matter Expert, enhancing the consultant skill set and knowledge through training programs and peer review processes. Drive thought leadership initiatives including blogs, white papers, and reference architectures to position Nutanix as a leader in enterprise networking and security. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design strategic solutions for complex engagements, ensuring quality deliverables and customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate service delivery quality, implementing improvements where necessary to uphold Nutanix's high standards. Engage with customers to understand their business goals and translate them into effective networking and security architectures on the Nutanix platform. Achieve a robust understanding of customer pain points and develop best practices that are repeatable across the consultant base within the first year. What You Will Bring 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, with 8+ years focused on networking and security architecture. Expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EVPN-VXLAN) and deep understanding of service provider networking. Strong knowledge of microsegmentation design, zero trust architecture, and next-generation firewall technologies. Hands-on experience with Nutanix Flow Virtual Networking and Flow Network Security or equivalent platforms.
