Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented User Operation Specialist to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing user operations, ensuring seamless system functionality, and supporting the overall user experience across various platforms. Your expertise will help optimize system performance, maintain security protocols, and facilitate efficient workflows. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about IT infrastructure, system architecture, and delivering exceptional user support in a fast-paced environment. Duties Monitor and manage user access across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with security policies and protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to RAID controllers, load balancing, and network configurations. Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, and VMware virtualization environments. Assist in designing and implementing scalable system architectures utilizing microservices, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architecture principles. Conduct system administration tasks including database management with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server. Implement security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, DNS management, and information security protocols to safeguard data integrity. Contribute to the development of automation scripts using Bash, Python, Shell Scripting, and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Git for continuous improvement. Skills Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux, UNIX, and ESXi virtualization platforms. Experience with system design, systems engineering, and solution architecture for complex IT infrastructures. Proficiency in managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. Familiarity with DevOps practices including container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker. Expertise in computer networking concepts such as
DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
protocols, load balancing techniques, firewall configuration, and VPN setup. Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure along with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi or VMware vSphere. Knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, Python; scripting languages like Bash or Shell Scripting; and API integration using RESTful APIs. Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and microservices architecture for efficient project delivery. Strong grasp of information security standards to ensure data protection across all platforms. Pay:
$27.00 - $28.90 per hour
