Job Description

Job Summary:
The Deployment Manager is responsible for leading client integration and product deployment activities within Integration Services for Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS). This role focuses on collaborating with clients and fintech partners to design integration use cases, build roadmaps, and implement solutions such as APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), and data transmissions. The position requires strong technical expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to drive product adoption while ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and prepare for integration opportunities, scale, and complexity Lead client onboarding and product deployment activities Develop integration use cases and implementation roadmaps Deploy APIs, SSO integrations, and file transmission solutions Monitor test environments and support client testing activities Create and manage test data for validation purposes Troubleshoot and triage integration and deployment issues Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Drive product adoption and improve deployment efficiency Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement initiatives Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to align on business goals Enhance customer experience by resolving user issues and optimizing solutions
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in product development, client management, or software deployment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and file transmission processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment Technical aptitude for integration solutions and deployment processes
Preferred Skills:
Experience in financial services or wealth management domain Knowledge of fintech integrations and client onboarding processes Exposure to test environment management and issue resolution
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required MBA or equivalent experience preferred
