Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their IT infrastructure requirements, including operating systems, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and enterprise applications. Develop comprehensive project plans following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with client goals. Design, implement, and optimize IT systems encompassing Windows, Linux, Oracle databases, and APIs to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize programming languages such as Java and Python to develop custom applications or automate processes that meet client specifications. Support DevOps practices by integrating continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and managing infrastructure as code. Provide expert guidance on Agile methodologies to foster flexible project management and iterative development. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure robust and secure IT environments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience working with IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows, Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise databases (Oracle). Strong knowledge of SDLC processes, APIs, DevOps practices, and programming languages such as Java and Python. Familiarity with containerization technologies and automation tools is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly. Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
