Charleston, SC (primary - must be local or willing to relocate)
Salary Range:
$170,000 to $205,000/year Full time, full benefits Position Responsibilities This role is the senior technical lead for DevSecOps, automation, containerization, and platform engineering. The individual is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling CI/CD pipelines, integrating security into the development lifecycle, and supporting containerized application environments using platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Rancher. The position requires deep expertise in DevSecOps practices, infrastructure as code, automation frameworks, and modern application delivery pipelines. The individual must also support integration of AI/ML capabilities within enterprise toolsets and enable continuous monitoring and analytics for operational decision-making. Required Qualifications & Skills Education requirements include a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Certifications such as Kubernetes certifications, cloud platform certifications, or DevSecOps-related credentials are strongly preferred. 10+ years in DoD enterprise architecture Proven experience integrating: DevSecOps platforms VDI environments hybrid cloud
Technical Stack Required:
Kubernetes / OpenShift GitLab / Jenkins pipelines VMware / Citrix / AVD AWS GovCloud / Azure GovCloud Splunk / monitoring platforms
RMF Experience:
Experience with ATO packages, e
MASS, STIG/IAVA
Certifications:
CISSP or equivalent (preferred) Cloud cert (AWS/Azure Architect preferred)
Clearance:
Active Secret (required) Desired Qualifications & Skills Masters degree in related field Travel Amount 5% Domestic
