Medicaid Systems Quality Assurance Lead

Requirements 3 or more years of experience in quality management for large-scale healthcare IT system developments. Proficiency in healthcare insurance software implementations and DDI process conformance. Experience with commercial rules engines and associated technical orchestration layers. Experience with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture and Enterprise Certification Toolkits. Experience in PMI-based project methodologies and Requirements Traceability Matrices. Experience with defect tracking platforms and enterprise-level testing activity protocols. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Execute validation of project deliverables against requirements expressed in traceability matrices. Implement technical metrics for compliance with federal healthcare industry standards and best practices. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues across the systems development lifecycle. Consolidate defect tracking efforts and establish standardized protocols for testing teams. Analyze business processes and data relationships to recommend architectural improvements. Design and deploy quality management templates for use as organizational process assets. Coordinate with federal partners to facilitate system certification and approval activities.
