Job Description

IT Support Engineer (Level I & Level II) Greenville, SC (Local Candidates Only) RL Enterprise Recruiting & Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for multiple IT Support Engineer direct hire openings in the Greenville, SC area. We are seeking both Level I and Level II Engineers with previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment supporting a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that provides managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, VoIP, and strategic technology support to businesses throughout the region. Important Requirements Must reside in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC area Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is required Must be willing to travel locally to client sites as needed Must be authorized to work in the United States No current or future sponsorship available What You'll Do Provide remote and onsite technical support to business clients Troubleshoot desktop, server, network, and connectivity issues Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Configure, maintain, and support Windows 10/11 operating systems Support Apple Mac operating systems and devices Assist with network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Collaborate with team members to support client environments Additional Responsibilities for Level II Engineers Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure solutions Troubleshoot complex server, networking, and systems issues Maintain technical standards and documentation Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Assist clients with technology recommendations and best practices Qualifications Level I Engineers 1+ years of IT experience MSP experience required Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments Level II Engineers 3-5+ years of IT experience MSP experience required Advanced troubleshooting and infrastructure support experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, servers, and cloud technologies Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Spanish language skills are a plus Benefits Competitive Salary Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities (Level II) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Training & Professional Development Career Advancement Opportunities Company Events Complimentary Snacks & Refreshments If you have MSP experience and enjoy solving technical challenges while supporting a variety of client environments, we encourage you to apply.
