Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available. Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Saas Platform Developer in Raleigh, NC. Role & Description You'll transform security awareness, remediation, and reporting within the company and provide Cisco customers with unparalleled transparency and response through the applications you build in ServiceNow. You'll build complete applications in ServiceNow from start to finish. You'll ensure adequate test suites are available. You'll integrate ServiceNow with other systems via API. You'll create custom interfaces where out-of-the-box falls short. You'll import and transform data as necessary. You'll debug problems, analyse and improve ServiceNow performance, as well as ensure ServiceNow environments meet proper security standards. Here you'll work on a team of energetic and passionate developers, within a flexible environment with tremendous latitude to explore new directions and technologies to bring new capabilities to Cisco's vulnerability detection, remediation, and reporting. Complete Application Design, Coding, and Testing in JavaScript using the many capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform. Experienced ServiceNow developer and administrator Systems architecture design as required Test automation 3-5 years' experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow Development BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience Experience implementing complete applications in ServiceNow Native English proficiency Based in US-friendly time zone Significant and demonstrable experience in complex user interface programming using JavaScript suites such as Angular, React, Next.js or similar Significant and demonstrable experience implementing REST-based API's to and from ServiceNow applications Extensive experience in scripting with Glide, AJAX, and Jelly script Experience creating scoped applications within ServiceNow and protecting applications and data from each other Experience integrating with database systems Highly proficient knowledge of JavaScript, HMTL and CSS Experience with recent versions of ServiceNow Knowledge of structured databases. Postgres preferred AngularJS, Angular, and Node.js Highly proficient using AI to solve programming problems with ServiceNow development Knowledge of DevOps concepts and tools such as:
