Cloud Engineer I:

Provision, monitor, support, and decommission cloud services with primary emphasis on Microsoft Azure and exposure to AWS and GCP Troubleshoot cloud environment performance, connectivity, and security issues across multi-cloud workloads Support identity and access services including Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), and assist with authentication/authorization-related initiatives Partner with infrastructure and technical services teams to implement new cloud technologies and improve operational processes Provide escalated support to end users and service desk technicians, including occasional after-hours support as needed Requirements for the

Cloud Engineer I:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or 3+ years of equivalent hands-on experience) Practical experience supporting Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, security, web apps, and related services), with working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud performance, connectivity, and security, including familiarity with backup, restore, recovery, and high availability concepts Experience with core Microsoft infrastructure fundamentals (Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Windows authentication concepts) and general networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing/subnetting) Proficiency with PowerShell and a willingness to work independently in a dynamic environment (including occasional night/weekend support) What's in it for you?
