Job Description

Role:

Embedded Software Engineer -

Firmware Location:

Cedar Park, TX 78613

Duration:

long-term Position Description Responsible for all aspects of firmware development for new product designs. Provide internal and external customer support and maintenance for products with microcontrollers. Work closely with Software Engineering to integrate hardware and software solutions. Provide sustaining activities for legacy products. Responsible for keeping organized product records and documentation. Minimum Qualifications BS in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or other related technical degree. Proficiency in embedded software and real-time programming languages including

C, C++, C

#, Visual Basic, and Assembly . Experience with compilers and IDEs such as Code Composer, Atmel Studio, Visual Studio, SDS Compiler, and Borland C++. Experience with TI ARM Cortex-M4F, ATmega, MSP430, PIC, and Motorola microcontrollers . Familiarity with and experience using applications and systems powered by artificial intelligence.
