Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Enterprise Solutions is responsible for leading enterprise business platforms and partnering with functional leaders to design, deliver, and optimize technology solutions that improve operational performance, reporting, automation, and business scalability. Key duties include creating the enterprise systems strategy and roadmap, partnering with business leaders to plan and deliver technology solutions, managing business analysts, driving process improvement, overseeing reporting and analytics enablement and governing system changes, enhancements and prioritization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and support of enterprise business systems. Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions that improve operations and decision-making. Manage business analysis and partner with delivery teams to ensure clear prioritization and coordination of delivery. Drive process improvement, workflow automation, application optimization, and system standardization. Establish intake, prioritization and governance processes for business technology requests. Ensure enterprise systems are reliable, scalable, secure, well-integrated, and aligned with business objectives. Promote user adoption, training, data quality, reporting accuracy, and measurable business value from technology investments. Create estimates and budgets for system implementations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems, including ERP, CRM, field service, finance, workflow automation, reporting, and system integration platforms. Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement methodologies, systems governance, data integrity, and enterprise reporting strategies. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, including system enhancements, automation, integrations, reporting, and workflow optimization. Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, project management, testing, release management, user adoption, and organizational change management. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage business analysts and application owners, and partner effectively with vendors and stakeholders. Ability to develop enterprise systems roadmaps, evaluate risks and tradeoffs, prioritize competing business demands, and align technology initiatives with organizational strategy and operational goals.

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

PLANNED BUSINESS TRAVEL
This job requires planned business travel at 10%
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor s degree, preferred. Combined experience in technology practices of 7 or more years with education is desirable. Previous experience with business analysis, planning and roadmap building preferred
