Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Collaborate on software development, architectural, and infrastructure tasks, including the technical design and development of on-premises, cloud-based, and mobile-delivered products. Provide technical expertise and mentor peers, as needed. Coordinate installation of software systems. Determine system performance standards. Worked with .Net Framework Content Management system using the Sitecore tool which supports thousands of pilots of American Airlines partnered with APA. Responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the associated software programs, databases, and infrastructure with multiple teams and projects in the organization. Develop cloud migration strategies and roadmaps for on-premises applications and infrastructure. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or other tools for automated application deployment to foster DevOps culture. Design and implement disaster recovery with Azure Backup for data protection and business continuity plans. Troubleshoot and solve software issues. Integrate new software products with existing systems and applications. Check-in and merge software code. Perform peer code reviews, follow best practices and quality validation checks as required for projects. Provide information on projects to managers, peers and stakeholders as needed. Participate and contribute to agile development environment and team. Proactively identify problems, perform root cause analysis, investigate information, perform impact analysis, formulate, and execute plans to develop solutions.
