Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Systems Engineer to drive excellence in our manufacturing and quality assurance processes. In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and maintain robust quality systems aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, comply with global regulations, and continuously improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's management system documentation in alignment with applicable standards and business operations. Help drive the effective implementation of management system requirements across departments, including regular document review, revision, and updates. Monitor the day-to-day operation of the management system, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions to support continuous improvement. Assist with management system certification activities, including certification applications, external audits, surveillance audits, and follow-up actions. Coordinate and support internal audit activities, track nonconformities, verify corrective actions, and help ensure timely closure of audit findings. Assist in management review preparation by collecting, organizing, and summarizing required data and supporting materials. Support periodic reviews of applicable laws, regulations, significant environmental aspects, and management risks, and help maintain related internal documentation. Assist in delivering management system training to improve employee awareness and understanding of company standards and requirements. Maintain management system records, files, and platform content, including updates to internal knowledge base materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; degree in engineering, energy, quality, management systems, or a related field preferred. 5-10 years of relevant experience in management systems, quality systems, compliance, or a related function. Strong working knowledge of
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QC080000, ISO 45001, ISO
27001, and
ISO 50001
standards. Experience supporting or maintaining management systems documentation, system implementation, and ongoing compliance activities. Internal Auditor certification or related management systems certification preferred. Familiarity with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, with the ability to identify compliance gaps and support issue resolution. General understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and shop-floor operations. Ability to support audits, inspections, nonconformance tracking, and corrective action follow-up. Strong communication, coordination, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
