Job Description:
Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Data Center Enginee r to support and enhance enterprise-scale IT infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in infrastructure operations, monitoring, capacity planning, and modernization initiative s, ensuring high availability and performance across critical systems Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and mainta in data center infrastruct ure including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms. Monitor system performance using enterprise tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, and SolarWi nds. Perfo rm capacity planning and performance analy sis to identify bottlenecks and forecast future growth. Lead and suppo rt infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiati ves. Mana ge hybrid environme nts across on-premises data centers and cloud (Azure/AWS). Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and overall system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, cloud) to support enterprise IT operations. Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Provi de technical leadership, mentoring, and ownership of infrastructure proje c ts. Required Skills & Experi ence Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, sto rage). Hands-on expertise with monitoring and observability plat forms (Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, SolarWinds). Experience with VMware, Nutanix, or similar virtualization technol ogies. Knowledg e of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure environments. Strong understandin g of networking fundamentals, security, and storage sy stems.
