  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or an engineering related field and 9+ years of professional experience
  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance (interim required to start)
  • Familiar with the application of systems engineering and software development processes to the design, development, integration, test, and verification of complex systems
  • Experience in Team Leadership and Cost Account Management (CAM)
  • Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of recent and related experience in a IT&E leadership role
  • Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process including working through System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews (PSRR)
  • Willing to travel to flight test events

Sys Integratn/Test Eng Sr Stf Job Description You will be the Integration, Test, and Evaluation Engineer for our team, responsible for leading the integration, testing, and evaluation of complex systems. Our team is responsible for ensuring that integrated hardware meets physical, functional, and performance objectives. What You Will Be Doing As the Integration, Test, and Evaluation Engineer, you will be responsible for generating test procedures and plans, preparing test readiness review packages, integrating a development effort, and executing qualification testing. You will also write master test plans, qualification test reports, and support subcomponent and subassembly integration, as well as the build of subassembly hardware and flight test coordination.

  • Experience with Engineering Reviews (Test Readiness, Flight Readiness, Design Reviews)
  • Experience with instrumentation and data capture (e.g. Oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, Matrix Switch Cards, Digital Input/Output PXIe instruments, AC/DC power distribution systems)

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered:
