Senior Kubernetes / AKS Platform Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Kubernetes / Platform Engineer to support enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments across Azure AKS and on-prem infrastructure. This role focuses on production operations, troubleshooting, platform reliability, and Kubernetes administration in a large enterprise environment. Ideal candidates will have strong AKS experience, deep troubleshooting skills, and production support for containerized applications. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Kubernetes environments (AKS + on-prem K8S) Troubleshoot production platform and networking issues Support ingress, routing, scaling, storage, and workload isolation Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Work with Helm, GitOps, and containerized workloads Partner with architecture and engineering teams on platform improvements Support cloud infrastructure and operational best practices Assist with emerging AI/ML platform workloads running on Kubernetes Required Skills Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience (AKS preferred) Experience supporting production Kubernetes environments Kubernetes networking, ingress, RBAC, scaling, and troubleshooting Azure cloud infrastructure experience CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions) Helm and container deployment experience Linux and cloud operations background Experience with enterprise observability and monitoring tools Nice to Have Rancher / K3s experience Service mesh exposure (Istio, Envoy, Linkerd) GitOps / Argo
