DevOps / Platform Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable platform engineering and automation solutions that enable modern software delivery and cloud-native application development. This role will focus on building automated delivery pipelines, infrastructure automation, platform services, and operational tooling to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and scalability across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain platform engineering and DevOps automation solutions. Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Pipeline as Code, and Policy as Code implementations. Build and support event-driven functions, APIs, backend services, command-line interfaces, and self-service developer tools. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows. Support enterprise software delivery platforms and automation frameworks. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes, operational efficiency, and platform reliability. Develop reusable automation frameworks and dependency management solutions. Deploy and manage monitoring, logging, and operational tooling solutions. Support networking and infrastructure services including DNS, VPN, security, cloud networking, and load balancing. Participate in systems administration and operational support activities across Linux or Windows environments. Implement and support cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Apply secure coding and software engineering best practices including SOLID design principles. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform solutions. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of coding experience using Python, TypeScript, or Golang. Minimum 1 year of scripting experience using Bash or PowerShell. Minimum 2 years of networking experience including security, DNS, VPN, cloud networking, and load balancing. Minimum 2 years of systems administration experience with Linux or Windows operating systems. Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, automation, and cloud-native engineering practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Minimum 1 year of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows. Experience working with monitoring and logging platforms and understanding operational best practices. Familiarity with cloud architecture and cloud design patterns. Understanding of SOLID software development principles. Experience supporting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
