Job Description
Scripting knowledge in Shell/PowerShell. AWS knowledge, including CloudWatch, EKS, and SQS. Experience in Sustained Resiliency and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities. Strong PL/SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot DDL and DML statements, perform data analysis, and resolve application issues. Knowledge of the SFTP protocol and file transfer processes. Understanding of SSH keys, certificates, and related security concepts. Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys or Control-M. Good understanding of MQ messaging systems. Strong knowledge of web servers, including Apache, Tomcat, and IIS on Windows environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate incident management activities.
Preferred Skills:
Python programming experience. AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform. Understanding of Kafka messaging and event-driven architectures. Experience with Jules, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of SLI and SLO management practices. SRE mindset with a willingness to leverage AI in production support environments.
