Business Systems Analyst / Power Platform Developer (Contract)

Pay:

Up to $65/hour Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Power Platform Developer to support a critical internal tool within a regulatory program environment. This role blends business analysis with hands-on development using Power Platform and SharePoint. What you'll do: Build and enhance PowerApps (Canvas) and Power Automate workflows Support and improve a business-critical tool (BCM Tool) Manage backlog, defects, and releases Translate business requirements into technical solutions Enhance SharePoint lists, reporting, and workflows Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements

Must-haves:

3-5 years Power Platform (PowerApps + Power Automate) 2+ years Modern SharePoint Experience with backlog, defects, and release cycles Strong business-to-technical translation skills Nice to have: SQL, VBA, JIRA/Confluence Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
