Job Description

An established enterprise software firm is seeking a SharePoint Administrator consultant to support their SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform environments. This role involves hands-on technical support, including designing and implementing sites, troubleshooting, and providing governance and compliance advisory. The consultant will collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance the organization''s technical capabilities and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on technical support for SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring effective operation and user satisfaction. Design and implement new SharePoint sites tailored to organizational needs while maintaining adherence to governance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps, ensuring that all components function optimally. Assess and offer technical expertise for Microsoft 365 services, facilitating seamless integration with enterprise applications.
Requirements:
Proven experience in providing support for SharePoint environments, including ticket management and user assistance. Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, with experience in troubleshooting and configuration of tools like Power Automate and Power BI. Familiarity with governance practices in SharePoint and experience implementing compliance protocols within an organization. Knowledge of security controls within Microsoft 365 and experience in ensuring data governance and lifecycle management.
