Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive network solutions across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments to enhance organizational connectivity. Configure next-generation firewalls and manage Cisco switching and routing for optimal security and performance. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business goals, fostering a secure and efficient working environment. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted service and reliability for all users.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Palo Alto Networks and Cisco technologies in a large-scale environment, ideally with a focus on enterprise network infrastructure. Demonstrable ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex network issues, with specific examples from previous roles. Strong commitment to maintaining technical documentation, including network diagrams and SOPs, to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing. Ability to design network solutions with a focus on scalability to support growing business operations.
