Systems Engineer responsible for requirements definition, system architecture, integration, verification and validation, risk management, and technical documentation for aerospace engineering products. Job Requirements Systems engineering experience Experience leading technical development of engineering products Experience defining and documenting system requirements Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or JAMA Experience developing system designs and architectures Experience balancing performance, cost, and technical risk during system design Experience ensuring compatibility and interoperability of system components Experience overseeing system integration activities Experience with validation and verification methods, including inspection, analysis, test, and demonstration Experience supporting program, airworthiness, or regulatory requirements Experience identifying technical risks and developing mitigation strategies Experience creating Interface Control Documents, technical specifications, Statements of Work, and compliance records Preferred Skills 747 airframe experience Aerospace systems engineering experience Visio experience Model-Based Systems Engineering experience CSM experience Experience with airworthiness certification support Experience developing compliance documentation for aerospace programs Job Responsibilities Lead technical development of assigned engineering products Gather and define system requirements with project stakeholders Document system requirements using tools such as DOORS or JAMA Develop system designs and architectures that meet project requirements Ensure system components work together to achieve required performance and functionality Evaluate compatibility and interoperability across system components Oversee system integration to verify intended system operation Execute validation and verification activities using inspection, analysis, test, and demonstration methods Verify systems meet program, airworthiness, and regulatory requirements Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies Prepare Interface Control Documents, technical specifications, Statements of Work, and compliance records Maintain technical documentation throughout the engineering lifecycle
