Field Operation Lead - Level 5

What You Will Be Doing:

Provide post-delivery modification leadership within the Modification Retrofit Overhaul and Upgrade (MUO) Value Stream Team (VST). The successful candidate will serve as a technical and staff leader within the MRO&U team and oversee day-to-day activities for the Agile cell. Responsibilities include performing and/or overseeing the following tasks:

• Managing Contractor Field Teams (CFT) executing modifications constraints at CONUS and OCONUS locations
• Compliance with customer and company procedures relative to the

MRO&U VST

• F-35 post-delivery modification support planning and integration
• Retrofit correspondence developed by Mod Retrofit Engineers in support of Change Requests and change management
• Proposal estimates as required
• Support of retrofit initiatives associated with Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP), and Full Rate Production (FRP) contracts
• Engineering Liaison / Integration
• Post Delivery Modification TCTD Kit-Proofing, Verification, and Validation integration and support
• Customer / Team Partner Post Delivery Modification integration and support
• Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) integration and support relative to the Modification and Retrofit team Leading the F-35 modifications Agile Cell for MUO Must be a US citizen.

This position requires special access and an interim Secret clearance to start.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:
