Systems Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a Systems Engineer to provide operational and engineering support across infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application environments. This role focuses on maintaining system stability, enabling cloud adoption, supporting deployments, and ensuring reliable production operations in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support across infrastructure, cloud enablement, platform engineering, and environment management. Support application deployments and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and performance. Monitor system health and respond to incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Manage containerized environments and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. Support cloud-based technologies and SaaS solutions across multiple platforms. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python. Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and system reliability. Participate in 24x7 production support as required. Required Qualifications Experience managing system stability, availability, and production environments. Knowledge of ITIL practices. Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. Experience working in Agile environments and delivery models. Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, routing, and troubleshooting tools. Experience with monitoring and analytics tools such as Splunk or ELK. Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines. Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell and Python. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, or Java. Experience with production support tools such as ServiceNow, Jenkins, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support production systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. AWS certification or similar cloud certifications. Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and system requirements. Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
