We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep Salesforce expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of enterprise architecture practices, excellent communication skills, and a successful track record delivering Salesforce-based initiatives. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and evolve an enterprise architecture framework that supports organizational strategy and long-term growth. This is an opportunity to influence the technology direction of the organization and help drive meaningful digital transformation.Responsibilities:
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and IAM solutions. Design comprehensive Salesforce architectures that support business objectives while ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and long-term sustainability. Evaluate existing Salesforce environments and lead modernization and optimization efforts. Create and maintain architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and design documentation. Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct code and solution reviews to ensure alignment with established best practices and standards. Stay current on Salesforce platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, mentoring and supporting team members across the organization. Collaborate with enterprise architects and business leaders to ensure alignment with broader enterprise architecture strategies and standards. Contribute to technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives that strengthen the Salesforce ecosystem and overall enterprise architecture.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role (e.g., Principal Engineer, Technical Lead), including 10+ years designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Solid understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, security principles, and scalable system design. Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with SalesforceDX, CI/CD
pipelines, and source/version control systems. Experience integrating third-party managed packages and working with API integration strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and building alignment in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a collaborative mindset.Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect. Familiarity with UML and architectural modeling practices. Experience with Jira and workflow management tools. Experience using visualization and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart or Visio. Prior hands-on software development experience. Certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud technologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
