The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fault-tolerant systems, infrastructure support, system performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning. • Administer and support HPE NonStop (Tandem) systems in a high-availability environment
• Perform system configurations, upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance
• Monitor system health, capacity, performance, and uptime
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues
• Support application deployments, performance tuning, and system optimization
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Support business continuity and high-availability architecture initiatives
• Maintain system security, user access controls, and auditing processes
• Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions to support business needs
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams on enterprise IT projects
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the platform environment Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting HPE NonStop (Tandem) systems
• Experience with NonStop capacity planning, system monitoring, and performance tuning
• Strong troubleshooting and systems analysis experience in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of high-availability, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant infrastructure
• Strong understanding of operating systems, data stores, automation, and replication tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and leadership
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
• Leadership skills and ability to contribute to technical strategy and process improvement Pay $53.50
• $63.50 Per Hour Schedule Day Shift Monday
