The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

This position is contingent upon contract award. Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the
RCC-ARNG
Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities Assist in the design and integration of enterprise systems under senior guidance. Support the implementation of technical solutions and performance monitoring activities. Update documentation and provide testing support for modernization initiatives. Conduct routine system analysis and support troubleshooting efforts. Ensure tasks align with cybersecurity, configuration management, and operational standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and reliability. Participate in the development and execution of system testing procedures.
Required Skills Required Qualifications Clearance:
Secret Eligible required S. Citizenship required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of experience in enterprise systems engineering within DoD or Federal environments. Foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture principles. Experience in supporting system design, integration, and sustainment. Familiarity with RMF controls and enterprise operational standards. Certification in Security+, Cloud+, or GSEC required.

Active Secret preferred Experience with DoDIN services and network operations. Understanding of cybersecurity requirements and configuration management processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
