Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Level 3 Systems Engineer-IT with a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance to work from our Fort Belvoir, VA location . Position will require a 24x7 rotating shift schedule in support of program activities. This is an exciting Operations Engineer/ System Administrator (OE/SA) position. The OE/SA performs general sys admin duties to include, but not limited to: System monitoring, network/hardware troubleshooting, account maintenance, group policy updates, preventative maintenance, Information Assurance (IA) support, patching, updating firewall configurations, remapping NAS partitions, software installation, file maintenance, backups, workstation imaging, replacing and rebuilding workstations, server/workstation physical maintenance, automation and scripting, account creation, and password updates.You will:
- Have have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to work within an operations team, and experience with customer interactions.
- Frequently use the application of technical standards, principles, concepts, and techniques.
- Have the ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Be required to develop and maintain OE/SA procedures and support the program's Configuration Management (CM) process.
- Conduct frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
- Complete a formal training program and obtain certification to perform duties.

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
