We're supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) enterprise GIS mission, and we're looking for a technical leader to own and advance the ArcGIS Enterprise environment across the DoDIIS community. environments (dev, test, prod, and backup prod) Configure and maintain Insights, Dashboards, Story Maps, Portal Web Applications, Image Server, GeoAnalytics Server, GeoEvent Server, and more Administer cloud infrastructure and the ArcGIS Online organizational account; lead SIPR VM-to-cloud migrations as environments become available Leverage ArcGIS Monitor for usage statistics and performance optimization Assist Information System Security Officer, ensuring systems conform to DIA Enterprise and Regional security policies Report and respond to security incidents with corrective action Deliver briefings, demos, and webcasts; build and market GIS capabilities to the wider DoDIIS community Required Active TS clearance Proven experience in system administration within complex IT infrastructure environments involving Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems Hands-on experience managing geospatial platforms like ArcGIS Enterprise or similar GIS solutions Strong communication skills—comfortable briefing customers and supporting end users Familiarity with cloud or virtual environments Expertise in database management including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle with proficiency in PL/SQL or T-SQL scripting Working knowledge of RMF and security control implementation in a DoD/IC environment Understanding of microservices architecture utilizing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture principles Experience working within Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes for software development and deployment Nice to Have Prior experience or relevant security certification (Security+ or equivalent for IAT compliance) PKI/certificate management experience; familiarity with .NET source code Experience with classified cloud migrations DoDIIS / DIA mission familiarity Why You'll Want This Role Mission that matters — your work directly supports national intelligence operations Technical ownership — you're the lead, not a cog; you'll shape the enterprise Cutting-edge tech — work across the full Esri stack and attend the industry's top GIS conferences Stability + growth — a long-term effort with room to expand your scope

Pay:

$160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
