Back Power Platform Developer BI Engineer Burlington , Massachusetts Perm 90000 Mar 25, 2026 $90000.00 - $110000.00 Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support scalable data and automation solutions that drive efficient business operations and informed decision-making. This role blends deep SQL Server expertise with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to deliver end-to-end solutions—from backend data processing to user-facing applications and workflows.

Responsibilities:

Develop, tune, test, and maintain SQL Server solutions (stored procedures, complex queries) Optimize performance of existing queries and long-running processes Design and integrate Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Forms, and Teams Implement data validation, transformation, monitoring, and error handling Build and support SSIS packages using SQL Server Integration Services Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Document solutions and ensure data integrity, security, and maintainability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 8+ years of SQL Server development and database programming experience 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) 5+ years of experience with SSIS Strong communication and documentation skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Knowledge of IT and business best practices Salary range: 90-110K #
