Job Description

Description LightGrid is looking for the following. This Role Requires an Active TS/SCI Clearance. The Architecture Task Lead will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing enterprise and solution-level architectures supporting DISA. This role includes creating current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) architectures, aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives, and ensuring compliance with DoDAF and DISA standards. The Architecture Lead will guide engineering and development teams, support roadmap development, and ensure architecture consistency across all task areas while supporting Pentagon and NCR stakeholders. Requirements 12+ years in IT/architecture; 5+ years in enterprise architecture within DoD environment DoDAF; enterprise architecture; as-is/to-be development; roadmap planning; system integration alignment; DISA/DoD environments; governance and standards Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred) Lead enterprise and solution-level architecture efforts
  • Develop and maintain as-is and to-be architectures
  • Align architecture with DISA strategic direction
  • Ensure compliance with DoDAF and governance standards
  • Support engineering and development integration Operate independently and provide technical leadership
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Ability to brief senior Government leadership
  • Strong collaboration across technical domains Ability to translate strategy into implementation guidance
