We welcome individuals who have recently completed or will soon complete an undergraduate (BS) degree to apply to our Full-Time opportunity at our site in Bothell. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
Elicit and translate stakeholder and business inputs into clear, measurable, and testable system requirements; maintain full traceability from inputs through design decisions and lower-level requirements. Contribute to system architecture definition, including interface documentation, system modeling/simulation, and trade-off analyses to support balanced design decisions across cost, schedule, and performance. Support system integration and verification activities by defining test strategies, validating results against requirements, documenting deviations, and assisting with investigation and resolution. Contribute to cross-functional engineering activities including usability, risk management, safety/security, reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance; identify and mitigate technical risks. Manage system lifecycle and configuration, including change control, baseline consistency, obsolescence and sustainability considerations, application of data/AI in system design, and collaboration to drive quality and innovation. You're the right fit if: You have recently completed or are an upcoming graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. You've acquired previous internship or co-op experience in systems engineering. You're an individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills, and experience leading presentations in front of peers and managers. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is an office role. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $83,000 to $131,000 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.
