Description Of Services:
Key Responsibilities System Ownership:
Owns the strategy, lifecycle, and security of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and M365 collaboration tools.
Project Governance:
Develops site structures, content management strategies, and security protocols to meet enterprise standards.
Technical Implementation:
Configures custom lists, document libraries, Power Automate workflows, and Power Platform integration.
Stakeholder Management:
Translates business needs into technical requirements, presents status updates to stakeholders, and drives user adoption.
Support & Training:
Creates documentation, training materials, and provides guidance to end-users to enhance adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
Project Management:
Proven experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and project documentation.
Leadership:
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and security teams.
Certification:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or Microsoft Certifications are highly valued.
